Payment and Shipping Information Policies

Payments:

We accept three methods of payment for your order. They are listed below, along with our policy concerning them.

By Credit Cards
We can take Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express by secure transaction through Paypal®. It is a free, quick and secure service to you. Paypal accepts all major credit cards from 38 international countries. This is the preferred method of payment.

By Money Order
We will take any money order that is payable on a USA bank. Once we receive your money order (this is from the time we receive not the time you sent it), your order should ship quickly.

By Check
We will only take checks that are payable on a USA bank. But please be aware that if you pay by personal check, your item/s will not be shipped to you until your check clears. That usually takes about two weeks. Unless we are out of stock on a particular item, this is the normal shipping time for personal checks.

Shipping, Returns and Store Policy

We ship our oders out within 48 hours on normal business days, but if you want an item sent priority mail or must receive it by a certain date, then you need to inform us, as additional shipping options/charges apply. Diamond Life Sales makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. If there is a problem with your order that may cause a delay, we will email you within one (1) day with an explanation.

Bounced or Returned Checks
If your check is bounced for any reason, then your order will not be shipped, and there will be a $25 return check fee assessed. This fee must be paid by credit card or e-cash before items will be shipped.

Contact Us
IF you need to contact us about a product, order, or for any reason, please feel free to email us using the "Contact Us" form and we will be more then happy to help you. During working days we usually respond within the hour.

Return Policy
All items are warranted by Diamond Life Sales for thirty (30) days from date of shipment. All items are genuine parts and of high quality and value. Our warranty provides coverage for any defects in manufacturing only and are guaranteed to not be DOA. This warranty is valid only through Diamond Life Sales. Taking any system or game apart, for any reason, will void this warranty.

We stand by our products. If you think you have received a defective product from us, contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. Before you send it back, you will need to get a return authorization number. Upon receit, we will repair or replace any used product found defective, or refund your payment in the case of New items. Whether a product is defective will be left up to the sole discretion of the gamestore technician.
