We accept various methods of payment for your order. They are listed below, along with our policy concerning them.

By Credit Cards
We can take Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express by secure transaction through Paypal®. It is a free, quick and secure service to you. Paypal accepts all major credit cards from 38 international countries. This is the preferred method of payment.

Shipping, Returns and Store Policy

Shipping Method
The USPS is our preferred method of shipping, and we will ship to a P.O. Box if it is registered on your Paypal account.

We usually ship our orders out within 24 hours on normal business days (Monday through Friday), but if you want an item sent Rush or must receive it by a certain date, then you need to inform us, as additional shipping options/charges may apply. The NES Repair Shop makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. If there is a problem with your order that may cause a delay, we will email you within one (1) day with an explanation.

IF you need to contact us about a product, order, or for any reason, please feel free to call or email us using the "Contact Us" form and we will be more then happy to help you. During working days we usually respond within the hour.

Return Policy
All items are warranted by the NES Repair Shop for thirty (30) days from date of purchase. All items listed as OEM are Original Equipment Manufactured by Nintendo Inc., and are genuine parts of high quality and value. Our warranty provides coverage for any defects and are guaranteed to not be DOA. This warranty is valid only through the NES Repair Shop. Taking any system or game apart, for any reason, will void this warranty.

We stand by our products. If you think you have received a defective product from us, contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. We will immediately send a RMA authorization number. Upon receipt and examination of item, we will either refund your money in full, repair or replace any product found defective. This does not include new items which are warranted by the manufacturer. For new, factory sealed products, please contact the manufacturer.
